ApplyAgent is an AI-powered service that automatically finds matching jobs, tailors your resume, and submits applications on your behalf through job portals you connect. The service operates autonomously based on preferences you configure.
ApplyAgent uses a credit-based subscription system. New accounts receive 3 free credits. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Blitz) are billed monthly and provide a set number of credits per billing cycle. Unused credits roll over to the next month. One credit is deducted per successful application submission. Failed submissions (portal errors, CAPTCHA blocks, etc.) do not consume credits.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Remaining credits stay active until used.
All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees, unused credits, or partial billing periods. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you experience a technical issue that prevents credit usage, contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve it.
You must own and have authorization to use any portal accounts you connect (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume and profile information. You agree not to use the service for fraudulent applications or misrepresentation.
ApplyAgent submits applications on your behalf but does not guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. We are not liable for actions taken by job portals in response to automated submissions, including but not limited to account restrictions. Use of the service is at your own discretion.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse the service, including creating multiple accounts for free credits, submitting fraudulent information, or using the service for purposes other than legitimate job seeking.
Your use of ApplyAgent is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Portal credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM and are only accessed by the AI agent during application submission.
